Fit data

All builds start with good fit data. I offer a fitting service as part of the build. If this isn't possible I can recommend one of my trusted bike fitting specialists.

This data is used as the starting point for me to develop both the geometry and structural design of your new bike. Additive manufacturing (3d printing) is integral to each build and as part of the design I will create a set of tube junctions that are uniquely optimised to the intended rider.

3D printed

The use of this cutting edge technology creates the opportunity for more sophisticated design integration and allows me to create structures that could not be manufactured in any other way.

It offers the rider a unique product that can be refined and made lighter than a conventional frame. It also offers significant advantages during the manufacturing process as each part is designed with fabrication in mind, this helps me improve the accuracy and reliability of the build.

Elegantly understated

I am a firm believer in function led design. The bicycle is both a wonderfully simple yet highly refined vehicle. Every part of the frame is there to serve a purpose but I don't want them to shout about it.

My bikes are built to compliment their rider, they are designed to have that quality that you can't quite put your finger on but just feels as it should. Their timeless, clean appearance is neither a coincidence or calculated it is rather the honest output of a conscientious bottom up design approach.

Timeless & clean

By default the frames have a 'raw' finish. I have always enjoyed the purity of seeing how things are made and take pride in the work that I do being completely exposed for all to see.

But it's your bike. If this isn't to your taste there are a myriad of finishing options, from paint to anodising. I work with a range of trusted partners that can get your frame looking just the way you want it.

  • Description
    Designed for sporting time trial courses and triathlons. This bike does away with aerodynamic tubing in favour of improved ride quality and rider optimised handling. It looks to find time where you would have been scrubbing the brakes.  The custom geometry allows the rider to adopt their preferred position whilst aiming to improve the overall handling of the bike. Unashamedly 'not aero’ and better for it.
